At SCRUB’D, we want you to feel confident, comfortable, and happy in your workwear.

If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

 

Return Eligibility

Exchanges/store credit are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.

Refunds only for faulty products with proof required. 

Final sale items not returnable.

  • Need a different size or style? No problem! Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our team at hello@scrubdstore.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Make sure to provide your order number.

 

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hello@scrubdstore.com.au to initiate your return. Make sure to provide your order number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team. SCRUB’D store doesn’t cover return postage costs, unless the product is faulty.
